OnTide Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Avenry AI, LLC ("Avenry," "we," or "us") handles information when you use the OnTide mobile application ("OnTide" or the "App"). OnTide is a personal tracking tool for recording medication use, injection locations, weight, symptoms, and daily check-ins.

1. Information handled by the App

Information you enter

• Your selected medication, product, and dose.
• Dose records, including date, time, recorded outcome, and injection location when applicable.
• Weight entries, appetite and energy scores, bowel-status entries, and symptom check-ins.
• Reminder settings, notification privacy preference, and other App preferences.
• Trends and visit summaries generated on your device from your records.

No Avenry account or App analytics

The App does not ask you to create an Avenry account and does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. Avenry does not receive your App usage history, medication records, health records, device identifier, or precise location through the App.

2. Storage and use

OnTide stores App records locally in the App's private storage on your device. The App uses those records locally to display history, create trend summaries, provide the rotation-history cue, and generate a report you can choose to share.

OnTide does not use your health information for advertising, marketing, data brokerage, credit decisions, or automated eligibility decisions. The rotation-history cue only advances through locations in your own logs; it is not a medical assessment or injection-site recommendation.

3. Apple Health

If you choose to connect Apple Health and grant permission, OnTide may read body weight, step count, sleep analysis, and medication or taken-dose information that you specifically authorize. OnTide may write a body-weight entry to Apple Health only when you enable that option and save the entry.

• Apple Health data is processed on your device and is not uploaded to Avenry.
• OnTide does not use HealthKit data for advertising or sell it to data brokers.
• You can grant, deny, or revoke each permission in Apple Health or iOS Settings.
• Data already written to Apple Health can be viewed or deleted in the Health app.

4. Notifications and sensitive previews

Medication-log and daily check-in reminders are optional local notifications. Medication-log reminders repeat only at the times or weekday you select; OnTide does not infer a treatment schedule from your logs.

Medication notification previews use generic wording by default. If you turn on "Show Medication Name in Notifications," the medication name may appear on your Lock Screen, notification history, or connected devices. You can change this setting in OnTide and manage notification access or preview visibility in iOS Settings.

5. Purchases

Optional OnTide Plus purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple provides the App with product information and a verified entitlement or transaction status so OnTide can unlock features. Avenry does not receive or store your payment-card details through the App. Apple's handling of purchase and App Store information is governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy.

6. Sharing and external links

• OnTide shares a report only when you invoke the iOS share sheet and select a destination. Information you send is then handled by the recipient or selected service under its own privacy terms.
• Links to official medication labels and this policy open a website. Those sites may receive ordinary web-request information such as your IP address and browser details under their own policies.
• OnTide does not sell or rent your personal or health information.

7. Retention, deletion, and your choices

• Local records remain on your device until you delete individual entries or remove the App.
• Removing OnTide deletes its local App container, subject to Apple's device backup and restore behavior.
• Removing OnTide does not automatically delete data that you previously wrote to Apple Health.
• You may revoke Health access, disable notifications, hide notification previews, or stop using the App at any time.

8. This policy webpage

Visiting this webpage is separate from using the App. Our hosting and website measurement providers, including Vercel, may process standard request information such as IP address, browser or device type, referring page, performance data, and page interactions to deliver, secure, and understand the website. This website data is not combined with your locally stored OnTide health records.

9. Security and medical disclaimer

We design OnTide to keep sensitive records in the App's private local storage and rely on iOS security controls. No storage method is completely secure, so protect your device with a passcode and review Lock Screen preview settings if others can access your device.

OnTide supports personal recordkeeping and clinician conversations. It does not diagnose, prescribe, determine dosing, assess injection-site suitability, or advise you to start, stop, or change treatment. Follow your prescription, official product instructions, and qualified clinician's guidance.

10. Children

OnTide is not directed to children under 13, and Avenry does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. A parent or guardian who believes a child has contacted us with personal information may use the contact information below.

11. Policy changes

We may update this policy as OnTide or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy at this URL and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated in the App or through another appropriate channel when required.
